Wow, last week I only had Mon & Tues planned and I did NOT like not having a menu plan! We still ate of course, but I had to think and wonder and figure out EACH day what we were going to eat. Thankfully we still have plenty of leftover baked macaroni from the previous weekend so it got used up over several meals.
I actually sat down Saturday afternoon and came up with this weeks menu :)
Monday: BBQ pork ribs, Mac'n'Cheese (not baked), vegetable
Tuesday: Orange Stir-Fry Chicken
Wednesday: Meatloaf, Rice, Green Beans
Thursday: Turkey Turnovers, Peas
Friday: Leftover Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Saturday: Wedding reception
Sunday: Raspberry Pancakes, Fruit
