Yay! I finally have a menu plan for this week :)
Monday - Chicken BBQ, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans
Tuesday - BBQ Beans & Hamburger, Cornbread (both leftover)
Wednesday - Chicken Pot Pie, Jello Salad
Thursday - Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans (leftover from Monday)
Friday - Small group meeting, taking dessert (Banana Split stuff??)
Saturday - Plantation Supper, Salad
Sunday - Leftovers/Cereal/Pancakes ?
Nothing super exciting or new, but it should all be good and filling :) I had some of the days figured out before today and just had to sit down and come up with the filler items. Now I need to start thinking ahead for next week :)

Good for you! That BBQ chicken sure sounds good. I'm guessing that's not grilled (though you wouldn't get too hot doing it!).
It was very much NOT grilled chicken! In fact, it was the chicken breasts that I'd cooked up last week to freeze... and never got into the freezer. I just warmed them up, shredded them and we added BBQ sauce at our plates. It was good!
Sounds yummy! "Belly-filling-meals" are the best!
Good for you. I have to say your meal planning has inspired me to do likewise. It's makes such a huge difference! I just can't manage to keep up with blogging about it.
