Let me tell ya, we've been having good food over here too...only the diabetic friendly kind. We had chicken breasts with a mushroom 'n' onion sauce yesterday, then today we had Greek Pork Cutlets. They were marinated in this stuff (onions, parsley, thyme, lemon juice), then served with a sauce (base of plain yogurt--homemade from Gail--onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, & lemon juice). They were good, but not something you want each week. I am trying out new recipes from the Light 'N' Tasty magazines I have from past years. They have a listing of all the recipes that are low carb, and I search through there for supper ideas.
