All In A Day's Work!!

Not much explanation needed ;)

(This 2nd picture does not do the mess justice! It was ALL the way around her back.)

Whew, that was a lot of work!

(They should make onesies that button down the front for situations like this.)

Oh my gosh! I remember those type of blowouts!

Once our little bug was sleeping on my lap & I was on the phone with my mom. She had to of been maybe 2-3 months old. Well in her sleep she completely filled her diaper! I was laughing about it on the phone with my mom & just thought... "i'll let her sleep a little longer & then change her once I get off the phone"!

Well then she proceeds to wet her diaper & since she'd already completely dirtied it - there was no place let to absorb when she wet it - so it all started seeping out in every direction - it was a nasty combo of everything & it got all over my lap! I was gagging & laughing so hard at the same time! We BOTH got baths!

Susannah is precious & growing fast!

She sure looks happy with her accomplishment! Just wait until it's spaghetti in the hair!
Seriously, though, I feel for you. Those times are trying after a while. Susannah might be to the stage that both Paul and Hannah went through during which I wouldn't put a paper diaper on them for ANYTHING because every single b.m. was up the back. Cloth diapers and rubber pants contained it all, but for some reason, I never found a brand or style of disposable diapers that did the trick for this stage. Once she starts eating solids decently, (I think I remember correctly) the consistency changes and this isn't as much of a problem. Hang in there---and take extra clothes for her everywhere you go!

Boy is that a "breastfed poopie" if I ever did see one! My daughter was the worst! Sometimes I didn't even bother washing the onesie they were so bad, I just threw it right into the trash. I managed to find a couple of onesies that had snaps in the front and across the crotch. They were wonderful!

I remember my Son doing this 24 years ago! More than once just putting him in the kitchen sink and hosing him down with the sprayer was the only thing to do (I did not have a baby bath, went from the kitchen sink to the tub when he got older)! I can't say I miss those messes. LOL!

Oh, the memories! Bobby once had it actually running through the buckle hole of the seat and out onto the table!! Seat, cushion, Bobby, and table all got a good cleaning! I think that was the pack of Parent's Choice diapers that I almost pitched into the trash; there was hardly any contained in the diaper.
