I continued to try, but she never would eat them. Finally last year when she was 3-1/2 (I think it was last year and may have been earlier this year) she figured out green beans had beans inside and peels them apart to eat the beans and then will eat the green shell. I don't know why, but she never really cared for them. I can't complain about her eating habits, she loves everything else, including guacamole and black olives. :)Candihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15773851591933516004noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8364051899386841101.post-65625920345979173032010-08-21T21:11:10.925-04:002010-08-21T21:11:10.925-04:00Rachel, I should have called you to see if you wer...Rachel, I should have called you to see if you were available! That was the first time I've helped can peaches when I can REALLY help, not just put them in the jar when I was 3 years old. I have this whole rule about wanting my kids to try every vegetable that we eat in our family before they're old enough to start deciding they don't like certain flavors (about 15 months, really). Corn has always been a difficult one because the kernels are choking hazards but cream of corn is just plain gross looking. You're such a smart mama---I'm totally doing this with Zaden!

I love all the updates and pictures! 8 months was the REAL laughing start up for Zaden. He chuckled a bit before then of course but at 8 months, he started the deep gut laughter. It's hilarious. But get it on video camera as fast as you can! Their laughter grows up so quickly and it's a sound you'll never want to forget.Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02463776594487368056noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8364051899386841101.post-64790315981733426392010-08-21T08:39:32.193-04:002010-08-21T08:39:32.193-04:00I just skimmed this (b/c I need to feed Marie), bu...I just skimmed this (b/c I need to feed Marie), but boy, Oh Boy!
